Contracts typically run 24, 36, 48, & 60 months, and once completed, you own the building. Low Monthly rates are comparable to self storage rates per square feet. Only a security deposit and first month’s rent is required to get started. Complete your contract at any time, no early pay-off penalties.

With RTO, your building is in your own backyard, giving you convenient access and ownership after the term ends. Unlike a storage unit, you’ll have something to show for your payments!
Nope! Rent-To-Own with Marten Portable Buildings requires no credit check, making it accessible to more customers.
Typically, your first month’s rent, sales tax, and any applicable security deposit are due when you sign the agreement. This is paid to the dealer.
Your first monthly payment is due on the day you sign the contract. After delivery, your next payment is due 30 days later.
Absolutely. You can pay off your Rent-To-Own agreement at any time with no early payoff penalties.
No. Rent-To-Own is a rental agreement—not a loan—so there’s no interest rate. A portion of your rent goes toward ownership.
Not directly. Since this is a rental contract, there’s no loan principal. Extra funds are applied to future rental payments, not the purchase price.
Yes! You can purchase your building outright at any time during the contract term. This must be done in a one-time, lump sum payment.

At Marten Portable Buildings, we stand behind the product we sell. Most all of our buildings have at minimum a 5 year warranty. Certain building materials are warrantied for a longer period of time. The “metal” on our metal buildings are warrantied for 40 years while Urethane buildings receive a 10-year no fade warranty.
