At Marten Portable Buildings, we stand behind the product we sell. Most all of our buildings have at minimum a 5 year warranty. Certain building materials are warrantied for a longer period of time. The “metal” on our metal buildings are warrantied for 40 years while Urethane buildings receive a 10-year no fade warranty.

Marten Portable Buildings is excited to offer the Lofted Casita option for vacation living. It is built in either wood, metal or vinyl to fit your surroundings. The Lofted Casita offers you an economical and yet cozy option for housing when you want a home away from home. Some even find it serves well to be the year round housing as a tiny home.

The Lofted Casita comes standard with 4 windows and a solid 3’ metal door. 8’ wide buildings come with a 4’ porch and 10’ wide buildings and wider come with a 6’ porch. Railings are standard. The Lofted Casita comes with a loft above the porch and in the back.
