At Marten Portable Buildings, we stand behind the product we sell. Most all of our buildings have at minimum a 5 year warranty. Certain building materials are warrantied for a longer period of time. The “metal” on our metal buildings are warrantied for 40 years while Urethane buildings receive a 10-year no fade warranty.

Every one of Marten’s Lofted Garages feature standard 6’3″ walls with a loft area in the back of the building. They come with a 9’x7′ roll up door for vehicle access and a 3′ solid metal entry door. The Lofted Garage also has 2 – 2’x3′ windows for extra lighting.
